We do not accept return, however we do provide replacement in case of defective product recieved.
For defective or damaged items we offer replacement products. You need to go to order page and click on raise a dispute button, on dispute form please fill in required information with clear pictures of damaged product. Once the issue is raised we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement within 4 working days, if the replacement is approved, a new product will be sent in 1 to 2 working days.
The refund is processed automatically by the system after the order is finished. To protect your fund, the refund is only returned to your original card.
However if this happens, In exceptional case refund amount can be credit to alternate account details provided by you.
In case of order cancellation, a refund is processed in 3 to 5 business days.
